So, I’ve noticed some comments recently about people having difficulty finding outdoors gear, including kayaks. I have a second boat I take out occasionally, that I would be willing to part with.

Okay, just a follow-up to this. For anyone new to this, there has been a perennial problem with chemical off-tastes to water in MSR Dromedary bags.  Read back up this thread to learn what I did.

My bags also act as part of my emergency kit, so I fill them up and change the water out about every 6 months.   Yesterday, I tasted the 6 month old water in all 4 of them and it was clean with no off-tastes.  So, if you were waiting for me to report back, here it is 4 years later!!

I’d like to add a short tow option to my rescue tow line.  Do I simply need to put a loop and a carabiner halfway or less of my existing rope? Or just a loop? It would be nice to not have two carabiners in there.
oddly I couldn’t really find much when searching for information. Perhaps there is a reason for that!?

Maybe I need a separate system?

I have a Nimbus Telkwa that I want to sell.  My problem is that it is stuck at my cabin in Shuswap so can’t get it to LM until after May long weekend (or whenever the travel ban is lifted) or get recent pictures of it.  It is 2013 blue fibreglass and in excellent shape.  It isn’t HV but this is one big kayak – it is amazing how much stuff you can get in hatches.
