Further to our input into the Widgeon Marsh plan and likely all our other activities that are getting more known out there, I have been contacted about initial thoughts for reinstituting Thwaytes landing as a camping location for small beachable craft like canoes and kayaks.

This is no done deal, but is obviously on the planners minds . . . so I would encourage all to fill out the surveys mentioned by Inge with whatever perspective you may have – it’ll all help.

And who knows, in a year or two we might be asked for a little help to make it happen. I’m in!
