we have two 17.5 kayaks that we are looking to store.

we do not need access to these kayaks very often, maybe two or three times a year, we paddle our shorter plastic boats mostly for day/overnights – the touring boats are for longer trips

We did have storage in our condo complex, that that will change next year, so we’d like to get something lined up any time from now till early winter

think i’ve asked at all the obvious local options, they are all booked up

any leads, thoughts, hints appreacated

Try the Jericho Sailing Centre http://jsca.bc.ca/

You need to purchase a membership, then can rent storage on the outdoor racks.  I am paying just under $500 per year to store one kayak and one canoe.
