George and I are planning on organizing a trip to the West Coast of Vancouver Island between June 28th to July 7th. We are looking to see if anyone is interested in joining us? This trip is more suitable for advance level paddlers however intermediate paddlers wanting to push themselves to the next level could take this opportunity. This area could have strong winds, swells and surf conditions where paddlers should be able to handle various dynamic conditions.
Participant must have done self and assisted rescues as well as assisting someone to get back into their kayak within the past 12 months. If anyone wanting to join could not perform rescues during the past 12 months for some reason, please let us know so that we can evaluate their capability. Please refer to trip classification page for 3C requirements.
