I would assume that adding them /grow to the end of Skabc URL would work

 

At this time, name tags are no longer available on the new design of the Meetup site. However, I’m happy to show you how to access this tool for the time being.

For now, you can get to them by adding /grow to the end of your Meetup group’s URL.
