This is a boat I no longer paddle as it is just too much effort trying to squeeze my size into the cockpit.  I do really like the hull design as a fast low profile boat that holds a decent amount of gear  but it is better suited to a person of medium to  small build. This would be considered a straight line boat good for day trips or tripping. Tracks well, has decent speed, turns reasonably well but is definitely not a surfing/ boulder garden type boat. The arluk 3 was the top selling boat back when they were in production. It’s an older boat in decent  condition and everything works. I considered  keeping it as a  long term rental,  but here is a better deal:  I’ll sell it for $1,000. You use it for a season and keep it if you like it. But if you decide to move on to another boat, or can’t store it, I’ll offer to buy it back for half price .  So your choice whether it becomes a keeper or a rental.   email me at jtrdrent@telus.net.
