Hate to give up this spacious tent with 2 vestibules, a “front door awning” and more.  It has a fitted tarp for under the footprint, no “see-um” mesh on each door, and tent fly to cover vestibules on 2 sides and a “canopy” to create a small “veranda” at the larger vestibule.   It has been on many kayak trips over the years and protected gear stored outside the tent. Still in good condition and I  have the instructions. Tent fly may need water proofing/seam seals.   Pickup required in Lower Lonsdale, N Vancouver.
