Anyone planning to paddle or hike up at Cape Scott via San Josef Bay, be advised the ministry of forests has road closures (San Josef Forest Service Road) planned for the first half of June.

Western Forest Products logging road to Side Bay and Lawn Point is blocked (as of May 1).
