For stern line, I use the tow bolt that comes with the vehicle. Found in the spare tire compartment. It has thread on one end and an eye on the other. On rear “bumper”
there is a small hatch cover that can be removed. The bolt is threaded inside the hatch.

For front I use 2 short loops of webbing that attach to the vehicle under the hood on the edges of the engine compartment on either side. Then I tie the bow line between the 2 webbing loops. These loops are commonly available in kayak/canoe shops. because I live out the valley I go to Western Canoe Kayak.
