Yes my son was involved with surveying the property. He knew that Metro Vancouver Parks are planning some changes that need Port of Vancouver approval. Nothing drastic, but the old house was seen as a liability. I’ll try to find out what they intend here. I asked a planner for a toilet. There is one there already, but it is for employees and kept locked.
