When: July 9, 2016 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Meet with other SKABC members on the water and have fun practicing your rescue skills. This is the best way to maintain your proficiency and learn new solo and assisted rescue techniques. After 1:00, we will also go out for a short paddle (1A, under 6 nautical miles) within the protected waters of Indian Arm.
Prerequisites: None. We will review and practice wet exits, and solo and assisted rescues. If there is interest and to stretch out in between rescues, we will also review efficient forward stroke mechanics, aka how to paddle all day and not feel it the next morning. You must be a current club member to participate in this session.
