1. Did you come to the holiday party this year?

3. Is the location of the Alan Emmott Center convenient for you to get to? If not, could you let us know where might be more convenient, considering that many people come from all over the Lower Mainland.

3a. What are your thoughts about the Alan Emmott Center as an event venue?

4. Do you have suggestions for how we might improve the food aspect of our holiday gathering?

5. Did you find the alcohol service met your needs, was fairly priced, and had adequate options?

6. This year we had music as well as a group game offered as entertainment. Do you have any suggestions for activities for future parties?

7. Would you enjoy some activities that would encourage mingling? (ie. table changes, games that involve moving around to chat with other members, seating list)?
