Ladner Village – public dock (Ladner Marshes)

 

This is a great launch location, the City of Delta have installed a special kayak launching platform that makes it very easy to launch from here.

The kayaking around the Ladner marsh area is tidal as it empties out into the mouth of the Fraser River. Kayaking from here to Stevenson is very doable.

Parking: You can drop your kayak off at the dock however you may want to park across the street from Sharky’s Restaurant. Parking in Ladner is free.
