    Dear SKABC,

My name is Herb Locke, and I operate a self-storage facility (Guardian Self Storage) in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. We offer a unique service that I believe would be of great value to your club members: specialized storage for kayaks, including space for boats up to 20 feet long. We are locally owned business & have been operating for 21 years

As you know, Vancouver offers incredible outdoor opportunities, but finding a safe, secure, and convenient place to store kayaks, especially longer ones can be a challenge for urban residents.

Our facility is designed to solve this problem. We provide easy access, and our robust security systems including 24/7 video surveillance and secure gated access ensure peace of mind. Our central Mount Pleasant location makes it convenient for members to store their gear before heading out on the water.

All members who choose to store their kayaks with us will receive:

25% discount on storage (originally $55/month plus tax; with 25% off, the price is $41.25/month plus tax).
First month free for new members signing up between September 15 and October 15, subject to availability

    .

Please feel free to reach out to Megh (Manager) directly at:
    604-880-2806 or guardianstorage@telus.net

    Best Regards,
    Guardian Storage

    Hi all.
    Visited the locker just now.
    Here are some pictures
The open space for kayaks required bringing  kayaks up using a ladder – I found it very difficult.
The access to the building is from the back lane and the entrance requires parking downhill – it may not be easy when unloading / loading boats.

Hours to enter are only when locker office is
    Open- 8am- 6 pm
    No code or key required

There is a small open gear room included- so its possible to store some gear but keep in mind it’s not locked and its a common area
