At RCMSAR Station 1, being on call and ready 24/7, 365 days a year is not just a commitment but a way of life. Their rapid response time of under 15 minutes and the deployment of two fast response craft exemplify their dedication to ensuring safety on the water.

With intense and ongoing weekly training sessions, these first responders are equipped to handle any situation with precision and professionalism. Their team consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds including doctors, nurses, ex-police/military personnel, and outdoorsmen, all coming together for the common goal of serving the community.
