Four of us –Quirine, Paul, Ellen and myself–went for a very nice paddle in calm waters yesterday evening. We were on the water shortly after 5:30, made it all the way to Wreck Beach, (where we saw lots of wildlife), and back by shortly after 8:30. It seems some days of the week work better for some people, and we briefly discussed alternating days so that everyone gets a chance to paddle. Let’s take the conversation about days and times offline from ‘Short Notice Paddles’ so we are not spamming everyone. Anyone interested in participating in ongoing paddles from this location, please email me at starrant@telus.net.
