When: September 3, 2022 from 4:15 PM - 10:00 PM
Join Vincent Law at Locarno Beach for a hedonistic 7 km paddle to a Secret Beach. We’ll have a group BBQ dinner, swim and watch the sun set, then paddle home.
Grill, sausages and buns will be provided. Bring an appetizer/ dessert/ veggie dish/ hot chocolate/ smores… musical instrument to share.
Arrive at ~4:15 pm to drop off your boat at the Locarno Beach parking lot (at the end of Trimble St). We’ll launch at 5 pm.
Requirements: wetsuit or drysuit and ability to do assisted rescues. Sunglasses, snack, drink, lights to illuminate the boat, and headlight, plenty of warm clothes (Embers are known to land on clothes and put little holes in it so protect your wet/ drysuit, gore tex). Chair is optional.
