When: June 15, 2025 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This practice session offers members the opportunity to practice their rescue skills for the summer 2025 paddling season. It will be facilitated by SKABC members.
Date: Sunday June 15 from 9 am to 12 noon.
Location: Batchelor Bay, West Vancouver
Requirements:
- Past exposure to wet exists and re-entry
- Kayak with spray deck and all safety equipment, wet/dry suit mandatory
- Paddle float and ant other aides you use
- Gloves, toque, and booties recommended
- Goggles, nose plug are optional, and may help to increase your comfort
- Bring lunch and water along in your boat

- If you wish to practice any particular rolling skill, please indicate this in the comment section below
- Please arrive early so we are ready to launch at 9:00 am. Meet with kayaks on the grass.
