Rescue Practice Session

Come on out and practice your rescues with other club members.  This is an informal practice session.  Instruction is not provided.  It is at Sasamat Lake meet at the beach with the concession stand.  
There is no charge for this practice session. This practice session is open to any SKABC member who has taken the Beginners course and the Strokes and Rescues course, or equivalent.  We will be practicing rescues and helping each other out, but there will be no formal instruction. Please note that we are  not prepared to deal with minor children on our training sessions. If you would like to attend please contact Harald hrifraf@gmail.com To get there get on to Ioco Road in Port Moody and follow Ioco Road to the turn off to Sasamat Lake.
There are two beaches on the east side of Sasamat lake – we will meet at White Pines beach, the second (more northerly) beach.  There are spacious washrooms and change rooms.  Boats will need to be carried some way to the beach –  it will be easier with two people, or with wheels.
