Time: 7:00 pm to midnight
Dress: As casual or dressy as you like: prize for best Christmas-themed outfit or costume
Activities: Potluck dinner, fabulous company, optional gift exchange, music, laughter and mixing with like minded spirits
What to Bring? Item(s) for the Food Bank, your own plate, cutlery, cup and glass (for our non-alcoholic punch or your BYOB), an optional small gift (under ~$20) if you wish to participate in the gift exchange)
Potluck Alert: Please let us know in your reply whether you will bring an appetizer, salad, vegetable or a dessert for the potluck dinner. (SKABC provides the main turkey dish, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea.) Contact Nancy (nflexman@shaw.ca) if you have questions.
Volunteer Opportunities: Let us know if you are able to volunteer for one of the many tasks that make this event happen. We need volunteers for clean-up, to create table centre pieces, and cook turkeys. We also need hot plates, warming dishes and coffee urns for the evening. Send your offer to help out to Sue McLeish at smmcleish@shaw.ca .
