When: March 28, 2026 until March 29, 2026
Join Iveta and Heather for a paddle to Moyer Creek 6.5NM or the Narrows – 8NM and camp for one night and paddle back the following day. We may choose to do a loop which means crossing to the opposite shore an 11NM return trip
Launch Site: Boat Launch
Potential Hazards: strong wind, choppy water.

Back-up Leader: Heather Kirk
Paddle and Rescue Skills: strong boat handling skills required, successful rescue practice (self and assisted) completed within the past 12 months.
Required Clothing: a wet/dry suit. This is a back-country camping trip. You should be prepared for a cold evening with warm clothing and sleeping bag and all other back-country camping needs. There is an outhouse there.
Additional Information: Golden Ears Park offers some campsites that are accessible only by boat. To use these campsites you must register for a back-country permit. To learn about getting a back-country permit, see the back-country permit registration page. Park permits should be purchased by participants for $10 for one night of camping.
