Fueling Your Body while Kayaking with Delicious, Healthy Food

Guest speaker: Kathy Romses is a registered dietitian, SKABC member and on the program committee.

Learn about how to keep your energy up during your kayak trips. The session will include menu planning, food safety, deyhydrating, and foraging tips. Presentation notes are posted for logged in members in Club News.

A kayak dish will be prepared and shared at the meeting. Please bring a bowl and fork to the meeting to help reduce waste.
