Fraser River Marshes (B2)

When: May 28, 2016 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Join us on the Fraser River for a scenic paddle in the marshes and a look at the float homes of Ladner. Launch is at the public boat launch next door to Captain’s Cove Marina at 6100 Ferry Road, Ladner (take the River Road exit just south of the Deas Island Tunnel and turn right on Ferry Road).

There are few places to land is it is marshland so we’ll just paddle for a few hours. Those that are interested can go to the pub at the marina afterwards for some continued socializing.

Trip category is 1A-2B depending on tides and currents. They should not be too challenging that day.
